The team at Golden East could not have been better. They did absolutely everything they could to help.Rooms and common areas very clean and tastefully done.The property is a 5 minute walk from the best view of sunset away from crowds in Oia and Fira.Would highly recommend.

Golden East is a small and warm place to stay. Each "room" is like a semi detached small traditional house with two terraces so you can get sun all day round - or avoid it, depending on the season. You feel at home in the tiniest of the eights room. Wifi is good and support videoconferences with no problem. You can work if needed.Bed is sturdy and comfy, the architecture and decoration of the place is really nice and the view on the sea and morning sunset is wonderful. It is cleaned up everyday. The all place is very clean and tidied up every time.As the hotel is small, the common areas - pool and picnic tables aren't crowdy and always available at breakfast time. Breakfast is served at your place. It is healthy and tasty and Nataly can adjust to your choices which is really nice. Perfectly situated to go everywhere on the island. Nataly and Costas are great and delicate hosts who can help at all time. And Marina the cleaner is very lively and will teach you a couple of greek words and make you smile every morning.We spent a wonderful week.

We liked just everything, super welcoming people and great place to stay, gret positive vibs, great location to enjoy your quite but at the same time close to everything you need... ideal to enjoy a nice break in Santorini, we will definitively go again and recommend it!!!

Couldn't be happier with my stay at nataly & Katrins!! Nataly and her father costas were present upon my arrival and greeted me warmly. My room was lovely and cosy and had a lovely sea view! Breakfast available for €10 and set me up well for the day! Very hospitable and willing to help at all times :) would definitely recommend to all - worth having a car as walking along the busy road is a little dangerous as barely any footpaths in santorini anywhere!! But nevertheless a short walk from the views of the caldera and oia and a short car ride to thira! Enjoyable stay and would come again!!

We loved Nataly’s kindness. We had few problems with the quad rent or with the trasport to the port and she was super nice and always there to help.The little villas are very lovely arranged and we appreciated a lot the breakfast served to the room or directly at the pool. The pool was always open for us also after the check out and Natale kept our luggages to enjoy Santorini till the last minute. Vote 10!

Its nice property just 5 minutes walk for Caldera view. You can also enjoy the sunrise from the other side of the island. Hosts are great and offered help to book taxi and day tour.

Everything was amazing and clean which is super important in times like this. The employees were so polite and helpful. The pool was fantastic and the room was spacious and magnificent. My time there was an absolute blast and I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a hotel in Santorini it’s an opportunity you shouldn’t or I should say you mustn’t lose.

We can not say enough of the Golden East family-run lodging and their great hospitality is exceptional.Nathalie and her father were heaven-set and so accommodating to our needs.Their warmth and first-class service to detail provided a memorable experience to celebrate our 25th anniversary.A grand breakfast every morning is delivered to your room or arched porched overlooking the golden sunrise ocean.The environment is lusciously landscaped beautifully for such an arid island. Wonderful!The location was perfect to be away from all the tourist crowds, yet the best accessibility to walk both Oia and Fira.Inter-island bus service is located close just down the street. No need for a rental car.Large pool for lap swimming and enjoying the pristine view every day and night.We were privileged to meet a famous opera singer also visiting the Golde East!We are definitely coming back Thanks to Nathalie and father!

The views were breath taking just from our location. The breakfast is excellent, the Host is so so wonderful, she ensures you maximize your experience..Excellent tips on beaches, food , historical sites, very accommodating.

Once I booked I was not sure how will be the property and how far from main road . But when we reach there and drop it was just exceptional. The owner and her daughter Nataly they was helpful from the beginning of our trip . She was always super active and responsive in my all little little enquiries . The room we got it was no 7 . One of the beautiful room we can imagined . Interior design was so much amazing and it’s touch my heart
